Allergies,Diabetics & Wheat Free
 
If you suffer from any allergies and would like me to bake your order using a different flour, sugar free etc etc then please email me or call me so I can make batch specific for your needs.
 
Gluten & Wheat Intolerence.
 
For the cookies I find using Rice flour an excellent substitute to normal flour. Infact you can barely tell the difference.
 
Diabetics
 
I can also substitute sugar for agave syrup & rice syrup, the cookies remain very tasty. I am trying to sort out the carb count also for the users of insulin. If you would like to know the results of this then please mail me and I will keep your address and mail you when I update the website.
 
Soya Allergy
 
If you are allergic to soya then everything is fine excep the triple choc, choc chip and the brownie. These all contain soya products. I can make the brownies without but they are more spongey so please bear this in mind.
 
Nut Allergy
 
I can bake without using nuts, thats no problem. My only fear is that it is not a nut free kitchen, so there is always a possibility of some nut trace somewhere. If this is a concearn I would rather you rang me before hand just to discuss this or not order if in any doubt. As much as I would love your business, I would not want to make you ill.
