Well two weeks in and the interest is starting grow. Had some great orders and been in contact with many people showing support.
So thank you everyone for taking time to go through my site and mail me.
I have had a requests for wheat free and soya free cookies and changed recipes using rice flour, almond and rice milk and they all came out perfectly fine, so am happy with that.
My next step is to find out the carb content of the cookies for diabetics. So check back here to find out soon.
